Problem is I live in a tier 3 city (San Antonio) and want to get the hell out as fast as possible even if sacrificing salary and title. Final Offer: - USAA offering $130K salary - goes to $170K after 18mon with 20% bonus director level title - CBRE - salary caps at $95K with 10% bonus analyst level title I haven’t worked since Nov 2024 - i spent all of 2025 in tokyo and want to go back to japan or london. advice? i’m 33

CBIZ has not approved promotions and raises, even though they were communicated as being effective September 1st. This inconsistency is creating significant frustration. Please follow through on what is communicated: if meetings are promised before promotions and raises take effect, hold them; if September 1st is given as the effective date, honor it. The lack of follow-through is causing considerable unrest among the legacy Marcum team.

I took some time away due to some personal matters but: I’m considering (especially with more experience down the line) getting my degree in ABA so I can start getting my first in the door to become a BCaBA. Soon working towards my masters to become a BCBA. Anybody catch that Breaking and Entering video yesterday where CBH was all smiles in front of BBDO, being interviewed by the guys on the day they had a huge round of lay offs? They’ve since taken it down but what an insensitive jerk. Also, B&E covering the merger like TMZ while so many lose their jobs is so tacky and shameful. People losing their livelihoods shouldn’t be the industry’s entertainment.

Was recently contacted by a recruiter for two positions at CBIZ; one in their Assurance Transformation role (was told this is an internal role), and the other in Advisory. Never heard of CBIZ. Anyone have work experience there? What’s pay like? Culture like? Pros/cons? I know they jut acquired another firm so I’m assuming there’s probably some pain points there too. Tia.

Hi all, I currently have a terrific job in Victorian Government but i am over the commute to Melbourne CBD. I am looking for a position that is closer to home and preferably Hybrid or i am happy to take on a job that is located in the CDB but i would like to do it remotely... i know that sounds impossible...but asking doesn't hurt. I am a very social person but the travelling is really taking toll on my motivation to continue there.

I got an offer to move to CBIZ tas. Doing B4 audit since October 2024 and going to be promoted to senior in 2 months so will have to leave right before senior promo? Should I hit my 2 year mark and try for a better MM firm for TAS? (RSM, etc.?) also got my cpa as well. The CBIZ position is also fully remote which i dont think is a good thing at early career for networking and growth? Advice is appreciate!
