Does anyone at Bloomberg LP have a PDF of the 2025 employee benefits plan? Want to compare against another company I am interviewing with so that I can make a more apples-to-apples comparison between the two roles. Looking for specifics on the 401k plan and matching (does it include Roth 401k), healthcare plan for spouses and dependents, and in general, a clearer picture on comp (is the bonus % negotiable or is it set in stone in the offer, are they open to signing bonuses, etc). TLDR; What subscriptions or sites are we reading for B2B news & learnings? Any other tips? Background primarily B2C and now at a B2B agency. It’s been a hard mental shift to digest as B2B is most focused on the bottom line & $$ I used to love Adage, marketing brew, marketing dive etc for marketing news & trends, but I’m having a hard time finding anything comparable for B2B any recs? I’ve been focusing on looking at macro research from McKinsey and keeping up with business news headlines.

They changed my work title and responsibilities this year. How would I even go about getting market data? It’s one of those internal type titles that isn’t going to be easy to find or compare. I’ve tried ChatGPT so far and copilot. They’re telling me different things. How would you go about researching salary expectations? I’d like to know so I could find new jobs. Hey everyone! I got an interview for the Bloomberg SWE New Grad role. I’ve heard they focus heavily on DSA and LeetCode-style questions. I have about a week to prep — should I focus on Bloomberg’s recent (30 days) LeetCode patterns or also review system design/behavioral topics? I don't have a big tech experience yet, and my aim is to progress into technical leadership sooner rather than later.
