Barclays keeps talking about their RISES values in every interview round, but in reality, they don’t seem to follow them. It’s been over two weeks since my interview, and the recruiter hasn’t bothered to reply even after multiple follow-ups. A simple “still under review” or “not selected” would’ve been basic courtesy.
