Will i get a mail that my background check is completed.My joining is on 21st march ,when will i get mails for PF and gratuity forms

    Time to time they’ll updated you with the BGV progress..green means all good, orange means further information needed and red mean unsuccessful. (As per my experience when I joined) There are chances that BGV might not end before you join. I had few challenges so my BGV was closed 8 months after joining Novartis 😂😂. With regards to PF and Gratuity, I’m not aware about the current process. Earlier they used to provide form for the same during 3 day orientation.

14 days have passed i have received my offer Proposal letter but no offer letter i have received till now. Is this normal ? HR is responding but application is still awaiting for approval.
