Just wondering what the process is like and how it differs from consulting or IB recruiting

Consulting and IB both more structured and earlier with applications starting in October and offers culminating in January. Big tech starts applications in November/Dec, but the process is quite drawn out with offers being extended up until late April (although the majority in Feb, March). Different tech companies also have different timelines and various levels of structure in their processes from on campus recruiting pipelines to more enterprise style recruiting.
This post is quite informative assuming you aren’t the same OP and already saw: https://reddit.com/r/MBA/comments/mfnm68/how_to_recruit_for_tech_faang_during_mba
Thank you!
