What is the salary structure of LTI? How much percentage is variable amount? Do they also add gratuity, medical insurance premium amount also in CTC?

How many days/ weeks LTM takes to release offer letter? In my case it's been almost 5 weeks to my HR round discssion and I still haven't received the offer letter. When I checked this with HR, they said its under approval and not sure how long it will take. Is this the common practice in LTM? Has anyone faced this issue recently?

I have been feeling underpaid lately. I have almost 10 years of experience and have ctc of 35lpa at P4 currently. Considering I am managing AI projects and market rate is high is there a way to negotiate with the company on raise? Current hike was extremely disappointing but as I see that’s the norm here.
