Currently, I hold these two offers: 1. IBM – ₹12 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable | Hybrid | Bangalore (relocation required) 2. Colgate-Palmolive (FMCG Product-Based Company) – ₹14 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable | Hybrid (1 week office/ per month, rest WFH) | Mumbai Considering career growth, learning, work-life balance, appraisals, job stability, and long-term prospects, which offer would you recommend and why? Thanks in advance for your insights.
Hello guys, I have updated my naukri profile with last date as 30 June just to see if I am getting more calls or not. I do not have any offer and I hv not resigned yet. Just wanted to chk recruiters mindset or naukri algorithm if my profile is at top or not. Reality is, I m hardly getting any calls, it's been more than a week, I hv updated this but only 1 call I hv received. What could be the reason for not getting multiple calls (3-4 calls at least)
What will be in-hand salary?
Hi, I have been with Infosys for the past 2.8 years. It is my first job. Now, I have received an offer from LTM with a 30% hike and a level senior designation. Infosys is now trying to retain me with a promotion and a 30% hike. In this case, what should I do? Should I stay with Infosys or join LTM? I don’t have any idea about the work culture at LTM. Can somebody help me with this? My technology is Oracle EPM – EPBCS Planning.
Worked on many weekends in May due to project timelines. My company was aware of it and the client manager confirmed in writing I'd be getting paid but my company is refusing to pay. It's not any Lala company but a big mid tier service firm. How to deal with such exploitation?
Eventually you will get 60 to 65 k in hand after deduction like pf and income tax , insurance . The employer's pf contribution will also be part of your CTC.... So yearly your pf cut will be almost 40 to 50 k.
Your in-hand salary (pre-taxes) will depend on many factors like: 1. Is gratuity a part of CTC? Few companies don't have gratuity added in CTC. 2. What is your basic and hence HRA. 3. Any variable component in the CTC.
I was earning 67499 when my fixed was 9.4
Okay So Mine will be around 65k something. Thanks.
Test it out at www.in-hand.in ... Let me know if it differs
