Hi everyone, I have an offer letter from Accenture as a Packaged App Developer senior Analyst, but the job location mentioned is Gurugram, whereas my preferred location, is Pune. I have drop an email to the respective HR to request a change in the base location with multiple follow ups. However, it's been 3 month since I contacted the HR team, and I haven't received any response, and I'm concerned about whether it's possible to get the location changed to Pune in the offer letter? Please tell

When HR asks, “Are you actively looking for a job change?” and I say yes, the next question is, “Are you holding any offer?” If I say yes, many recruiters stop processing because they assume they can’t match or close quickly. If I say no, the tone changes completely — suddenly they assume I may have been laid off, forced to resign, or desperate, and the lowballing starts. Feels like candidates are being judged either way.
