Hi Fishes, I am holding 2 offers as below Hcl (band e3.1) - 34 fixed + 3variable ( technical architect role) Accenture (l 8) - 32 fixed + 8variable ( associate manager role) Yoe : 12 Tech : Sterling OMS Currently in IBM of band 7b(offered promotion to 8) Now my manager came back matching the offer 34 fixed in ibm.Should I take it? I have been working in same company for 14 yrs and couldn't switch to diff company due to some personal reasons... Need to understand if this is my biggest mistake and can I possibly switch at this point? Pls provide genuine suggestions.
