Need some career advice. After 6.7 years with one company (8.2 years total experience), I quit due to a toxic work environment and poor work-life balance. I was promoted 4 times, joining as an Analyst and leaving as a Manager, while helping the team grow from 8 to 40+ members. Despite a strong growth trajectory, I’ve been unemployed for 3 months and haven’t received a single interview callback. Feeling discouraged and unsure what to do next. Any suggestions?

How will be the work culture in HCL. monitoring like that. As I am going to join HCL I don't want time monitoring and micro management things. Is it okay for an employee to join HCL
Most of project no such monitoring. Its good to join.
9:30 hours shift. Time monitoring depend on project if you use client machine or Hcl
So if we have client machine then monitor ing not happened
