Having more then 2.5 lack in fixed pay(In KPMG) which is best to join for 4.8 YOE in SAP practice? Deloitte USI or KPMG Global Services (KGS) ?

I have joined Deloitte india march 2026 since the I am on bench.I gave my interview for scrum master role here but after joining since then I am not getting any interviews related to my skill set also I have completed 3 month on bench here.so in call they informed 1 month later they will put on pip if not onboarded will check performance so wanted to ask does in worst case they tell me to exit or they will terminate after pip i don't want termination to impact my career?

Completed all hiring stages at PwC, including background verification and LOA acceptance, only to be informed later that the requirement was closed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received clarity on my candidature status. **Has the closure of the requirement resulted in the discontinuation of my hiring process?
