Caveat: These benefits are for the Animation side Upsides: - Healthcare benefits are top notch. They provide an allowance that covers the cost of premiums up to a certain amount depending on the number of dependents you have. For a single person, my premiums were entirely covered so essentially healthcare was at no cost to me. - They also offer multiple healthcare plans including Kaiser HMO, Anthem Blue Cross + Collective health HSA, plus some other options. - Dental insurance is provided by Delta Dental and Vision care by VSP Vision. - Lyra for mental health included - Carrot Fertility insurance included - Parental leave - 401k with 3%~ matching - Plenty of free snacks as well as free lunch and free breakfast (some days) in the buffet style dining hall - 200$ Annual allowance to purchase company swag from internal swag store (used to be unlimited free swag but not anymore) - 10ish annual sick days plus 10ish covid sick days - Vacation time begins accruing almost immediately. 2 weeks of vacation can carry over per year with a max of 4 weeks per 2 year period. Downsides: - No guaranteed annual merit-based salary increase - No stock options
