Great health insurance and child care benefits
Benefits are great with an awesome retirement match.
Overall the benefits are excellent, but one thing I really appreciate is the outstanding maternity leave.
Great medical, dental, plus other perks like a cellphone plan, 401k with match after 2 years etc.
The health insurance is wonderful, covers everything and is used by almost all major health care institutions in the United States. The PTO is standard 21 days per year, and they really encourage you to use it all. They also offer a subsidized bus pass which is extremely helpful--I would say a large majority of the non-attorney staff took advantage of it. They also offer free wellness classes and gym membership discounts.
Execucare covers employees portion of health care costs if you are a shareholder. It's great.
decent benefits, but the benefits hardly outweigh all of the rest of it.
