They offer solid benefits at BLK
Average pay at low levels. Pay is obviously top-heavy at every firm in this industry, but seems especially skewed here. Average 401k match. Employer match only vests after 3 years. Try to start before Dec 31, because you only get a raise after completing a full calendar year. This cutoff is pretty strict. Really good time-off policy. WFH is slowly going away. 5% ESPP.
The best is flexible time off, the worst is in-office requirements
